This Changes Everything: A Movie and Discussion Event

The Department of Gender and Race and the University Libraries present This Changes Everything: a movie that empowers us to think differently about our economic system, community and global activism, and the coming change in climate.

Directed by Avi Lewis, and inspired by Naomi Klein’s international non-fiction bestseller This Changes Everything presents seven powerful portraits of communities on the front lines, from Montana’s Powder River Basin to the Alberta Tar Sands, from the coast of South India to Beijing and beyond.

Join us in a discussion after the movie to help us reimagine the vast challenge of climate change and what we can do locally and globally.
